Bilingual Instructional Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Instructional Designer based in Canada. This role offers an opportunity to shape impactful learning experiences within a growing Learning & Development team. You will partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts to identify learning and performance needs and translate them into effective solutions. Working in both English and French, you will design engaging learning experiences that support employee capabilities and business outcomes. You will manage instructional design projects from initial analysis through development, evaluation, and handover. The role combines instructional design expertise, adult learning principles, project management, and digital learning technologies. You will work in a fully remote environment with flexibility and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement across learning practices.
