Bilingual (French/English) Legal Account Manager

As a Bilingual Legal Account Manager, you will manage and grow an established portfolio of business customers through a consultative, solution-focused approach.You will build trusted relationships with law firms, corporate organizations, public-sector institutions, and academic customers.The role combines customer retention, renewals, expansion, and strategic account planning to drive sustainable revenue growth.You will work closely with customers and internal teams to improve onboarding, adoption, engagement, and long-term value.You will also use customer data, AI tools, and product insights to identify opportunities, address risks, and strengthen account strategies.The position offers an opportunity to contribute in a collaborative, customer-focused environment where legal knowledge and commercial expertise are highly valued.This is a home-based role with flexible working arrangements available across multiple Canadian provinces.
