Bilingual Campus Recruitment Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Campus Recruitment Associate based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of talent by leading early-career recruitment initiatives across Canada. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for intern positions, from sourcing and candidate assessment through onboarding. Working in both English and French, you will build meaningful relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and hiring teams. You will also strengthen employer branding through campus events and Brand Ambassador programs. The position combines recruitment, project management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. You will work in a collaborative environment with autonomy and opportunities to influence talent strategies. The role is remote within the GTA, with travel required for selected campus and in-person events.
