(BID)/ Real Property Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a (BID) / Real Property Analyst based in the United States. This is a remote, analytical role supporting federal medical readiness and Army real property initiatives through business intelligence and data-driven solutions.You will design and maintain interactive dashboards, data models, KPIs, and visualizations that turn complex information into actionable insights.The role combines Business Intelligence, statistical analysis, data integration, and real property expertise in support of government stakeholders.You will work closely with program leadership and data analysts to validate information, strengthen reporting quality, and deliver accurate analytical products.You will also serve as a subject matter resource for Army real property data, systems, processes, and reporting requirements.Beyond individual analysis, you will train and mentor team members on Power BI, dashboard development, data integration, and consistent BI practices.This opportunity is well suited to a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys solving complex data challenges, wor...
