Behavioral Health Coach

This is a remote, flexible opportunity to provide 1-on-1 behavioral health coaching through a telehealth platform.You will support clients with sub-clinical challenges such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.Sessions are primarily 30-minute video consultations tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.The role combines evidence-based coaching approaches with practical support for personal, professional, and relationship goals.You will also collaborate with an internal clinical team to help improve programs and the overall client experience.With flexible business hours, this freelance position can complement an existing role or private practice.It is an opportunity to expand access to mental health support while working within a collaborative digital care environment.
