The Role
Were looking for a driven Part-Time BD to help us expand our client network. Youll identify promising founders, early-stage projects, and scaling teams in the Web3 space then connect them with Talent@Web3s recruitment services. This is a great opportunity to grow your BD skills and build your own network in crypto.
What Youll Do
Source new client leads (early-stage founders, VCs, crypto projects)
Research companies that are scaling and likely to hire
Draft outreach messages and run outbound BD campaigns
Manage and update our pipeline (CRM, Notion)
Coordinate intro calls and support the lead consultant
Assist with market research and warm introductions
Requirements
Strong interest in crypto, startups, and talent/recruiting
