BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is a fully remote clinical leadership opportunity focused on delivering high-quality ABA services to children ages 3–18.You will lead and support Behavior Technicians providing in-home services while overseeing meaningful clinical outcomes.The role combines clinical assessment, individualized treatment planning, progress monitoring, and family collaboration.You’ll have the opportunity to mentor clinicians and build strong, sustainable teams around the children and families you serve.With manageable caseloads and dedicated internal support, the environment is designed to help BCBAs focus on clinical quality.The position offers flexibility around after-school service schedules and remote assessments and collaboration.It is an opportunity to make a direct difference in children’s development while contributing to a growing clinical organization.
