Based Change Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a US-Based Change Manager based in the United States. This role is responsible for coordinating IT changes across a complex technology environment while minimizing disruption to business operations.You will manage changes from initial assessment and approval through scheduling, implementation, and post-implementation review.The position works closely with Service Desk, infrastructure, application, network, security, and other technology teams.You will help ensure changes are properly risk-assessed, documented, approved, and executed according to established standards.The role also provides visibility into change performance through reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.Success requires strong coordination, sound risk judgment, attention to detail, and confident stakeholder communication.This is an opportunity to strengthen IT service reliability while improving change governance, automation, and operational efficiency.
