Backend Software Engineer - Growth

As a member of Substack’s Activation team, you will be responsible for building and testing features that bring new readers to Substack and help them discover things they love – making improvements to discovery, onboarding, notifications, and recommendations on Substack and running A/B tests on key user flows.
