ABOUT THE ROLE This is a core backend engineering position at a fintech company building global trust infrastructure — turning complex, months-long compliance and business identity workflows into near-instant experiences. You'll sit at the heart of a senior, talent-dense engineering team, designing the systems and APIs that power a high-trust, regulated environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and build clean, testable, and efficient backend systems and APIs. - Architect scalable infrastructure capable of handling high-trust and high-volume requirements. - Champion testing, quality, and long-term maintainability across every project. - Tackle complex product challenges by thinking deeply about user needs and system behavior. - Shape engineering practices and technical culture through active collaboration and leadership.
