This role is an opportunity to build and operate high-scale backend systems within a modern, cloud-native engineering environment. You will work primarily with Node.js and TypeScript while designing distributed, event-driven services that need to remain reliable under demanding production workloads. The position combines hands-on software development with meaningful ownership of architecture, operational excellence, and technical decision-making. You’ll work extensively with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, messaging systems, APIs, and observability tooling. Strong systems thinking and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments will be essential to your success.
