This role is focused on converting qualified inbound interest into paying clients for job search and relocation services.You’ll engage with prospects who have already expressed interest, understand their goals, and determine how the services can best support their needs.Rather than cold outreach, you’ll focus on consultative sales conversations, thoughtful follow-up, objection handling, and closing.You’ll manage the complete sales journey from the initial consultation through payment and handover.Strong pipeline management and performance tracking will be essential to maintaining consistent conversion and revenue results.You’ll work closely with marketing, job search, and relocation teams within a small, international environment with direct access to leadership.The role is ideal for a confident, organized sales professional who enjoys warm leads, meaningful client conversations, and measurable targets.
