Azure/M365 O&M Engineer

This fully remote role supports the reliable day-to-day operation of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments for a customer with enterprise technology needs.You’ll monitor cloud services, respond to incidents, implement approved changes, and help maintain secure and dependable IT operations.The position spans identity, networking, compute, storage, collaboration, governance, monitoring, and other cloud platform services.You’ll investigate technical issues across identity, network, endpoint, and application layers while working within established service processes.The role also contributes to documentation, runbooks, dashboards, knowledge resources, and continuous operational improvement.You’ll collaborate with project and engineering teams during service transitions and early-life support activities.This is an opportunity to grow your cloud operations expertise while contributing to mission-driven technology projects in a collaborative environment.
