AWS Manager

Lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative AWS solutions while guiding a high-performing technical team.This role combines people leadership with hands-on architecture, giving you the opportunity to influence both technology and talent development.You’ll serve as an AWS subject matter expert across infrastructure, security, compliance, automation, and cloud governance.You’ll lead complex cloud and contact center initiatives involving Amazon Connect, AI/ML services, and enterprise platforms.The role offers exposure to technologies such as Amazon Lex, SageMaker, Bedrock, Amazon Q, Salesforce Service Cloud, and leading CCaaS platforms.You’ll work closely with business and technical leaders to establish priorities, improve delivery, and drive measurable outcomes.With a flexible remote-first environment, the position is suited to an experienced AWS leader who enjoys combining strategic direction with hands-on technical contribution.
