AVP, People & Culture Technology and Enablement

Our partner is looking for a AVP, People & Culture Technology and Enablement based in United States. This is a senior, fully remote leadership role overseeing People & Culture technology, operations, analytics, and enablement. The position is responsible for shaping the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of the systems and processes that support the employee lifecycle. You will lead initiatives spanning HR technology, workforce data and analytics, process optimization, automation, AI-enabled workforce solutions, and People operations infrastructure. Working closely with executive leadership, technology teams, and external partners, you will develop scalable, secure, and effective solutions that strengthen workforce capabilities and employee experience. The role combines strategic leadership with operational execution, balancing innovation with governance, compliance, risk management, and service excellence. You will also lead a team and drive transformation programs that position the People & Culture function as a strategic business partner.
