Our partner is looking for an Automotive Parts Technical Support Representative based in the United States. This is a customer-focused technical support role for an experienced automotive professional with strong vehicle maintenance knowledge.You will serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and sales teams, helping identify the right parts and resolve installation or service challenges.The role combines automotive expertise with hands-on problem solving, product guidance, and high-quality customer service.You will work closely with Sales and Engineering to identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback that can improve products and processes.The position also gives you the opportunity to advocate for customers throughout the returns and warranty process.You will join a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement, better communication, and delivering greater value to customers.This is a fully remote, full-time position with a consistent Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule.
