This role focuses on building intelligent automation and AI-powered systems that transform post-sales support operations.You will design scalable workflows that reduce repetitive work, improve data quality, and help support teams deliver better customer experiences.Working at the intersection of systems engineering, customer experience, and AI, you will connect platforms and turn operational needs into reliable technical solutions.You will work closely with Support, Success, GTM Systems, and other cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for automation.The position offers significant ownership across the full automation lifecycle, from discovery and design through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.You will also experiment with emerging AI capabilities such as LLMs, agents, RAG, and AI-driven workflow orchestration.Success in this role means shipping quickly while maintaining reliable, maintainable systems that deliver measurable operational value.
