Automated Affidavit Representative

This role supports the end-to-end operation of automated affidavit workflows, from generation through completion.You’ll help ensure affidavits are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with applicable requirements.The position combines document operations, compliance research, workflow management, and process improvement.You’ll monitor automated processes, resolve exceptions, and serve as an authorized affidavit signer while supporting electronic notarization.Your research will help translate changing state, jurisdictional, and publication requirements into clear operational processes.Working remotely with a technology-focused team, you’ll have meaningful ownership over high-volume workflows and day-to-day execution.The role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who enjoys solving operational problems and improving systems.
