As an Auto Claims Specialist, you’ll help healthcare providers recover revenue associated with accident-related medical claims.You’ll investigate auto accidents, identify responsible payers, and communicate with patients, insurers, and attorneys.The role combines high-volume outbound communication with detailed research, billing, and claims follow-up.You’ll work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where organization and accuracy directly impact financial outcomes.You’ll also investigate underpayments and denials, determine next steps, and resubmit documentation when needed.Extensive training, ongoing coaching, and access to knowledge resources will support your success.This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer communication, and measurable performance goals.
