AU RTO Student Administrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a AU RTO Student Administrator based in Australia. As an AU RTO Student Administrator, you will play an important role in keeping the student administration journey accurate, complete, and compliant. You will manage student records, attendance, competency results, assessment evidence, withdrawals, and work placement documentation. Your attention to detail will help ensure that student files remain accurate and that missing or inconsistent information is identified and resolved quickly. Working across Student Management Systems and Learning Management Systems, you will support trainers and wider teams with reliable administrative coordination. This is a detail-focused role suited to someone who enjoys structured processes, accurate data, and keeping multiple administrative tasks moving on schedule. You will work remotely while supporting an Australian RTO environment and collaborating with stakeholders during Australian business hours.
