Associate - Trust & Safety

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate - Trust & Safety based in India. This role is focused on protecting users and maintaining a safe, respectful, and trusted digital community. You will review voice, chat, and other user interactions while applying established safety policies and community guidelines. The position combines content moderation, investigation, quality assurance, and risk identification. You’ll help address abusive, harmful, fraudulent, and policy-violating behavior with consistency and sound judgment. Your work will directly contribute to user well-being and the integrity of the platform experience. You’ll collaborate with Product, Operations, Quality, and Trust & Safety teams to strengthen moderation practices.
