Associate Technical Support Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Technical Support Consultant based in India. This is an entry-level opportunity for a technically curious professional looking to build a career in enterprise software support and healthcare IT. You’ll provide first-level technical assistance to customers, investigating application issues and helping drive timely resolutions. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with structured training and collaboration alongside experienced technical consultants. You’ll gain exposure to enterprise applications, databases, interfaces, incident management, and support operations. Success will require strong analytical thinking, clear communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. The position also offers opportunities to develop expertise through knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and exposure to modern AI-assisted troubleshooting tools. As part of a global support environment, you may work rotational U.S.-aligned shifts, including occasional weekend coverage.
