This role offers the opportunity to support critical application and database environments in a customer-focused, technically demanding setting. You will help monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across development and QA environments. The position combines hands-on systems support with application performance management and incident resolution. You will work closely with clients and internal technical teams to investigate complex issues and drive them through to resolution. The role also involves creating operational documentation, improving monitoring practices, and identifying recurring issues for proactive resolution. You will collaborate across international teams and operate in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts.
