Associate/Senior Associate - Lending Operations

ABOUT THE TEAM The Lending Operations team is the backbone of OakNorth's lending business. We own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of loans — from booking through to in-life management — across Syndicated, Agency, and Bilateral facilities. We work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit, and Legal to make sure every loan is set up accurately, managed precisely, and documented correctly. We're a lean team with high individual accountability, and we take quality seriously. ABOUT THE ROLE Based in Gurgaon, this is an IC role within the Lending Operations team at ONGPL. You'll own the accurate booking and in-life management of loan facilities across our portfolio, working across Syndication, Agency, and Bilateral structures.
