This role provides technical sales support across a diverse customer base, helping prospects understand how connected technology can address real-world operational challenges.You will develop expertise across IoT hardware, sensors, cloud software, APIs, integrations, and related technologies.The position combines customer discovery, technical demonstrations, solution guidance, and hands-on API support.You will partner closely with Account Executives while acting as a technical resource for prospects and customers throughout the sales process.You will also help translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product teams and support relevant beta-program opportunities.Success requires curiosity about how businesses operate, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.This is a remote, full-time position for candidates located within the TOLA region of the United States, with no relocation assistance provided.
