Associate, Options Clearing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Associate, Options Clearing based in Canada. This role sits within a fast-paced Brokerage Operations environment focused on the full lifecycle of options processing. You’ll take ownership of daily reconciliations, settlements, exercises, assignments, and expirations while helping protect client assets through precise and timely execution. The position combines operational expertise, data analysis, and process improvement to identify and resolve discrepancies before they become client-facing issues. You’ll collaborate closely with trading, engineering, product, and operations teams to manage complex breaks and reduce operational risk. The role also offers the opportunity to improve workflows and build scalable tools as options volumes grow. Success requires strong attention to detail, curiosity, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively against market-driven deadlines.
