Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking an Associate, Operations to join our Programs team! The Associate, Operations will collaboratively and cooperatively work within their team and on cross-functional teams. This will require working with competing priorities and keeping multiple stakeholders appraised of decisions. This Associate, Operations will build relationships with community partners in emergency management, VOAD and local disaster assistance organizations in North Carolina and South Carolina. The Associate, Operations will also motivate and inspire coworkers, contractors, volunteer leaders, and volunteers to further Team Rubicon service delivery within assigned geographies.

This position reports to TR’s Manager, Operations and is based remotely within North Carolina or South Carolina (with a preference in Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, or Columbia, SC).
