Associate Managing Editor

This role offers the opportunity to manage and develop a portfolio of scholarly journals from end to end.You will work closely with editors, authors, reviewers, societies, and international publishing teams.The position combines journal operations, stakeholder management, performance analysis, and portfolio development.You will help ensure publications are delivered on schedule while maintaining high editorial and operational standards.A key focus will be improving journal visibility, indexing outcomes, citation performance, and overall growth.The role also provides opportunities to contribute to marketing initiatives, contracts, reporting, and process improvements.You’ll work in a collaborative, inclusive, and flexible environment with a strong focus on knowledge and research.
