The Role
The Associate Instructor is a junior instructional role within BeyondTrust University, designed to develop foundational skills in technical training delivery and course support. Working closely with senior Instructors and the broader Education team, the Associate Instructor learns the tools, platforms, and product knowledge needed to contribute effectively to training delivery while building proficiency in learner engagement and curriculum support.Β This role is designed to develop individuals toward the Instructor role and, longer term, into Senior Instructor positions based on capability growth and performance.
