Associate Implementation Lead

Higharc is seeking an Associate Implementation Lead to join the Implementation team and own the delivery of customer configurations and home plans into the Higharc platform. You'll report to the Manager of Implementation and work in close partnership with an Implementation Lead to drive real project outcomes from day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO This role is where platform expertise gets built. You'll own specific deliverables within active customer implementations — translating home plans, validating configurations, and producing documentation that meets the standard Higharc's builders depend on. You're not shadowing; you're contributing directly to projects that matter, with accountability for the accuracy and quality of your work product.
