Associate Growth Marketing Manager, Direct Mail

THE OPPORTUNITY Join Hinge Health’s Growth team and help improve one of our key acquisition channels: direct mail. In this role, you’ll plan and execute campaigns that help prospective members discover Hinge Health and take the next step toward better musculoskeletal health. You’ll partner with the Direct Mail channel lead and teams across Growth Marketing Operations, Data Science, Creative, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations. You’ll own defined workstreams from planning through launch and measurement, using campaign performance, experimentation, and operational excellence to improve targeting, conversion, and return on investment.
