Associate General Counsel, Corporate

This role provides strategic legal support across corporate finance, capital markets, securitization, and broader corporate matters.You will serve as a key legal partner to Finance and Capital Markets leaders on complex transactions and business initiatives.The position offers significant exposure to ABS transactions, structured debt, credit facilities, M&A, and SEC reporting requirements.You will also play an important role in building processes that support future public-company readiness and corporate compliance.Success requires strong technical legal expertise combined with commercial judgment and the ability to translate complex issues for business stakeholders.You will work independently while partnering closely with executives, internal teams, and external counsel in a fast-growing environment.This is an opportunity for a proactive legal leader who wants to build scalable programs rather than simply maintain existing ones.
