Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager to own the day-to-day execution of live client implementations. You'll be the first line of communication with our clients and the person keeping the project moving — coordinating directly with the internal development team, tracking progress and blockers, running testing and training, and making sure what was committed is what gets delivered. You'll work collaboratively with the Account Manager and Senior PM (Forward-Deployed Product Manager), who own the commercial relationship and solution design; you own the execution. This is a development role designed to grow into the Senior PM role. Progression is based on performance and can be accelerated accordingly.
