Associate Director, Reporting Solutions

The Role As Associate Director, Reporting Solutions, you will lead the team responsible for transforming Wpromote’s marketing data into reporting products and analytics experiences that help clients understand performance, uncover insights, and make better decisions. You will directly manage the Reporting Solutions team and be responsible for the team’s strategy, prioritization, development, and quality of work. You will partner closely with Data Engineering, Product, Analytics, Media, and client teams to ensure our reporting solutions are supported by reliable data and designed around meaningful business questions. A major focus of this role will be evolving Wpromote from primarily building individual client dashboards toward scalable reporting products and experiences that can be standardized and reused across clients and strategic verticals such as B2B, Retail Media, and others.
