Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs, Advertising, Promotion & Labeling based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced regulatory affairs leader to guide advertising, promotional communications, medical materials, and product labeling throughout the product lifecycle. In this remote role, you will shape regulatory strategy from pre-launch planning through commercialization and ongoing product updates, ensuring communications meet U.S. and global regulatory requirements. You will provide strategic, risk-based guidance to cross-functional teams, helping balance scientific accuracy, patient safety, compliance, and business objectives.
