Associate Director, Regional Patient Access & Experience

Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Regional Patient Access & Experience based in United States. This is a high-impact, patient-focused role supporting individuals, caregivers, and healthcare providers throughout the care journey. You will serve as a key regional resource for an ultra-rare disease patient support program, helping patients navigate treatment initiation, adherence, insurance coverage, and access challenges. The role combines direct patient and provider engagement with program operations, education, and cross-functional collaboration. You will build trusted relationships while providing clear guidance on disease education, approved product resources, financial assistance, and infusion logistics. Working across Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, Compliance, and other teams, you will help ensure a coordinated and seamless support experience.
