Associate Director, Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Product based in the United States. As Associate Director, Product, you will own a flagship healthcare revenue and risk-adjustment product, guiding its strategy, delivery, and ongoing evolution. You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, clients, and business operations to deliver solutions that improve financial performance and healthcare outcomes. The role combines hands-on product management with people leadership and cross-functional influence. You’ll lead complex discovery and feature development while shaping roadmaps and launch strategies. You’ll also engage directly with clients, including managing escalations and translating feedback into product opportunities.
