Associate Director – Payroll Technology

This leadership role will oversee a global payroll technology landscape, combining strategic direction with hands-on ownership of system stability, production support, and continuous improvement. You will lead an offshore Payroll Technology team while partnering closely with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, technology teams, and external vendors. The role offers significant scope across payroll platforms, integrations, enterprise architecture, data analytics, and large-scale transformation programs. You will help ensure reliable payroll operations while driving automation, cost optimization, and technology modernization. The position also involves supporting major deployments, testing, disaster recovery planning, and production readiness.
