Associate Director of Treasury

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director of Treasury based in United States. The Associate Director of Treasury will lead a global treasury function spanning cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, working capital, and financial controls. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will provide critical visibility into cash positions and forecasts while supporting strategic funding and investment decisions. You will partner closely with FP&A, Controllership, Investments, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and external financial institutions. The role also offers an opportunity to strengthen treasury governance, standardize processes, and improve automation across banking and ERP systems. You will lead and develop a high-performing treasury function while driving scalable practices across multiple entities.
