Associate Director, Medical Education Marketing, US Congress and TLL Asset Lead

Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Medical Education Marketing, US Congress and TLL Asset Lead based in the United States. This role leads national medical education strategy and execution across U.S. medical congresses and Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) initiatives. You will shape high-impact educational programs that support brand objectives, address healthcare professional learning needs, and strengthen engagement with key stakeholders. The position combines strategic planning, field enablement, congress leadership, KOL insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Medical, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and field teams in a highly regulated environment. The role offers significant visibility and ownership across enterprise-wide initiatives and external educational partnerships. Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, it involves approximately 35–40% travel for congresses and internal planning meetings.
