Associate Director, Medical Affairs Congress Strategy

Our partner is looking for a Associate Director, Medical Affairs Congress Strategy based in United States. This role will lead the development and execution of integrated congress strategies across multiple cardiovascular programs. You will maximize the scientific, educational, and strategic value of major medical congresses through thoughtful planning, evidence dissemination, stakeholder engagement, and insight generation. The position spans the full congress lifecycle, from opportunity identification and scientific content planning through execution, insight capture, and post-congress analysis. You will work closely with Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Clinical Development, Field Medical, Patient Advocacy, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications teams.
