Associate Director, Influencer & Creator Marketing

The Role We're looking for an Associate Director, Influencer & Creator Marketing to provide hands-on strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of client accounts. This role combines deep influencer and creator expertise with team leadership, quality control, and senior client counsel - ensuring programs are strategically sharp, operationally sound, and built to deliver measurable business impact. You'll be serving as the go-to resource for complex strategy, campaign planning, executional challenges, measurement, and executive-ready storytelling. You'll also manage a select book of enterprise-level clients, staying close enough to the work to step in when an account requires senior guidance, stabilization, or escalation support. As part of Wpromote's Creative organization, you'll help advance an integrated approach to influencer and creator marketing - connecting organic influence, creator content, paid amplification, affiliate and commerce opportunities, experiential moments, analytics, and broader media strategy to drive full-funnel outcomes.
