General Description:
The Associate Director, Global Talent Management – Europe (BeOne Medicines) is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for adapting and delivering global talent initiatives across Europe in alignment with HR and business strategy.
This role balances global perspective with regional execution, translating global strategies into locally relevant solutions that drive engagement and business impact.
The Associate Director supports day-to-day operations while shaping long-term talent strategies to enable regional success and global alignment.

Experience Required:
• 8+ years’ HR or Talent Management experience, including in global/matrixed organizations and BA/BS degree preferred.
• Demonstrated AI proficiency, including the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance talent programs, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling storytelling that influences business and talent decisions.
• Strong skills in program management, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus

Salary Range Switzerland: 152,400.00 CHF - 190,500.00 CHF
