Associate Director, Digital Experience & AI Production

Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Digital Experience & AI Production based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead the production, optimization, and governance of a sophisticated digital ecosystem within a highly regulated environment. You will sit at the intersection of technology, design, content, AI, and business, owning how digital experiences are produced, published, discovered, and maintained. The position is highly hands-on, combining strategic ownership with direct execution across websites, visual assets, search, analytics, and digital infrastructure. You will use AI-assisted tools to accelerate production while serving as the critical human quality gate for everything that reaches the public. A major part of the role is building scalable in-house capabilities, reducing agency dependency, and improving the speed, quality, and cost efficiency of digital delivery.
