Associate Director, Clinical Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Operations based in the United States. This is a strategic clinical operations leadership role supporting the development of innovative therapies in oncology. You’ll provide operational direction across global clinical programs, coordinating internal study teams, CROs, and external vendors. The role combines hands-on execution with program-level planning, risk management, financial oversight, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll help ensure trials progress on time, within budget, and in accordance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
