This is a remote opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys combining financial operations with customer service.The role supports key billing and accounts receivable activities while helping ensure a smooth experience for clients.You will manage monthly invoicing routines, customer portals, documentation, and purchase orders while keeping information accurate and up to date.The position also involves direct interaction with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, helping coordinate requests and maintain clear communication.Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential to succeeding in this role.
