Analyst, Payroll Accounting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analyst, Payroll Accounting based in India. This role offers the opportunity to support payroll accounting and financial operations within a global, technology-enabled environment. You will work at the intersection of payroll processing, labor allocation, accounting, and enterprise systems, with a primary focus on PeopleSoft 9.2. The position combines hands-on payroll operations with data analysis, reporting, controls, documentation, and process improvement. You will help ensure payroll data and accounting entries are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently across recurring pay cycles. The role also provides exposure to system changes, country transitions, data migration, and cross-functional initiatives. It is well suited to an analytical finance professional who is comfortable working with complex systems, tight deadlines, and stakeholders across business and technology teams.
