Analyst, HR Technology

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analyst, HR Technology based in India. As an Analyst, HR Technology, you will serve as a functional owner for Workday Core HCM and Talent, supporting critical HR technology across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, Payroll, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions. The role combines Workday configuration, production support, testing, reporting, data governance, and continuous process improvement. You will play an important role in maintaining reliable HR systems while identifying opportunities to optimize processes and user experiences. Your work will span enhancements, releases, integrations, security considerations, and downstream system impacts. This is a collaborative opportunity to contribute to a global HR technology environment while developing deep expertise in Workday and enterprise HR processes.
