This is a fully remote opportunity supporting global compensation and benefits programs across a diverse international workforce.You will combine data analysis, program administration, and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver fair, competitive, and market-informed rewards.The role provides exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary structures, job architecture, benefits administration, and recurring rewards processes.You will turn complex employee and market data into clear insights that support HR, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders.Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail will be essential when working with sensitive employee and compensation information.You will also contribute to global benefits planning, audits, compliance, reporting, and continuous process improvements.The position is ideal for an analytical Total Rewards professional who enjoys working across teams in a global, fast-paced environment.
