This is an 8-month temporary opportunity focused on planning, financial analysis, and service efficiency within a large-scale retail environment.You will help translate business needs into structured plans, financial insights, and practical initiatives that improve the customer experience in stores.The role combines budget management, strategic planning, OKRs, feasibility studies, and executive reporting.You will work closely with teams across stores, franchises, training, communications, and other business areas.Your analyses will support strategic decisions while helping identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.The environment is dynamic and multidisciplinary, requiring autonomy, resilience, and comfort with evolving priorities.You will have meaningful exposure to strategic projects where insights can directly influence initiatives across a broad retail network.
